  4. Product

1. Project (Scope & Objectives)

  • The overall goal or purpose of the project.
  • Defines the scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Requires clear planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

2. People (Team & Stakeholders)

  • Involves project managers, team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proper team roles, responsibilities, and communication are crucial.
  • Effective leadership and collaboration drive project success.

3. Process (Methodologies & Workflows)

  • Defines how the project will be executed and managed.
  • Includes frameworks like Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
  • Involves risk management, quality control, and reporting.

4. Product (Deliverables & Outcomes)

  • The final result or output of the project.
  • Can be a software, service, or infrastructure.
  • Should meet client expectations and business objectives.
